Q: Is it easy to use for children or the elderly? A: Absolutely. We designed it with a "One-Swipe" philosophy. There are no complicated apps to install. Just turn it on, swipe, and it works. The 3.0-inch touchscreen is intuitive and easy to navigate.

For Students & Dyslexia Support

Q: How does this help with Dyslexia? A: It uses high-quality Text-to-Speech technology. Students can scan a sentence they are struggling with, and the pen will read it aloud in a clear, natural human voice. This builds confidence, improves word recognition, and allows for independent reading without needing a tutor.

Q: Can I save my scanned notes to my computer? A: Yes! The pen features a "Text Excerpt" mode. You can scan lines of text and save them into the pen’s internal memory, then transfer them to your Mac or PC via the included USB-C cable. No more manual re-typing!

For Travellers

Q: Do I need Wi-Fi for it to work? A: For the most accurate and widest range of languages, Wi-Fi is recommended. However, it comes with a powerful Offline Mode for its core features (Scanning & Dictionary) in the most common world languages—perfect for when you're travelling without a data plan.

Q: How long does the battery last? A: The 1200mAh battery provides roughly 8 hours of continuous use and up to 7 days on standby. It charges quickly via USB-C (from 0% to 100% in about 1-2 hours).
